Mortgage applications decline

Applications for new mortgage applications fell last week according the Mortgage Bankers Association’s seasonally adjusted index of mortgage applications.

According to the MBA, mortgage application activity decline 4.3 percent during the week ending November 23.  Refinance mortgages dropped 15.3 percent while new home purchase applications actually rose 6.1 percent.
