Orlando Home Prices drop

The median price of a home dropped to $235,000 in September according to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association.

That’s down 3.69 percent compared to August 2007 and 6 percent blow the September 2006 median price of $250,000.

Additionally, the number of homes and condos sold in the Orlando area has dropped 55 percent in September 2007 compared to September 2006.
