New Home Construction at 14 year low
According to the Commerce Department, construction of new homes last month fell to a 14 year low.
According to a report on Wednesday, construction of new homes fell 10.2 percent from August. That was the slowest building rate since March 1993 and much higher than the 4.2 decline economists predicted.

homebuilders stocks are at a bottom.they are not going out of business.this gloom and doom day after day is a great time to sell put options.also,a house and land is a commodity. all commodities will rise.
