Five Casey Key lots for sale for $18.5 million

Chicago developer, Dale Thomas, is looking to sell his five lots on Casey Key for $18.5 million.

The developer who purchased the lots for $1.5 million, is looking to unload these lots at a nice profit to free himself up some cash flow while the market is at a standstill in Chicago.

The property, which is 3.5 acres, includes 340 feet of beach frontage on the Gulf of Mexico.

Thomas did take these lots to the mega Sky Auction, but they were uninterested due to the lack of an existing mansion.  There’s currently only storage units and small cottages built between 1911 and 1939.

Good deal?  Who knows, but you can certainly make an offer to this motivated seller.
