Tampa Realtors a Presence at European Real Estate Expo
Tampa Bay area Realtors will join many other real estate professionals from the Sunshine State in showing Spanish investors the advantages of investing in the Florida real estate market.
The real estate exhibition, SIMA07, is scheduled for May 29 to June 2 during a conference in Madrid, Spain.
Carla Rayman, chairperson of the Sarasota Association of Realtors and CEO and broker of Cloud Nine Realty in Sarasota, will speak at a May 31 conference along with Realtors from South and Central Florida.
Cloud Nine is primarily interested in international properties.
Realtors also making presentations at the conference include Teresa King Kinney and Kimberley Kirschner from the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches; Larry Cohen of Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa and Eduardo Pruna from J. Milton & Associates.
Each real estate executive will show highlights of what their respective areas of the Florida housing market have to offer and will feature several properties that are available.
The conference is a useful networking tool, as well as a great place for a real estate professional to go and showcase their area of the world for international buyers, Rayman said.
Florida’s presence at the conference should be much stronger this year, with more than 2,000 units for sale from Florida, 1,842 coming from the South Florida housing market according to a release.
This is a 163 percent increase from Florida’s offerings last year, while their international presence at the conference has doubled, the release said.
Hopefully for the sellers, the increase in subsequent Florida mortgage activity will match the number of listings presented to buyers.
